Reservations are recommended to secure the best rates.
Can I book if I don't have my flight details yet?
Yes, no problem, in the reservation just enter 4.00 as the check-in time and 23.45 as the check-out time. Then communicate any changes.
How far in advance do you need to book?
For organizational reasons, it is preferable to make the reservation at least 24 hours before entering the parking lot, but book whenever you want. There is always a place for you.
How can I pay for parking?
You can pay at the car park in cash, with a debit card or with the main credit cards or you can pay online at the time of booking with a debit card or credit card obtaining a discount on the rates.
Why was my payment declined?
Try to check your data and if necessary contact us and we will solve the problem together.
Is it possible to receive the invoice?
Yes, the request must be made at the time of booking, providing tax information. It will not be possible, for administrative and accounting reasons, to issue an invoice by requesting it at a date subsequent to acceptance in the parking lot.
After booking, what should I do?
After booking you will receive a confirmation email in the mailbox you indicated. Print it and bring it upon your arrival at the car park. This will facilitate your registration.

I lost my booking details. What should I do?
Contact us and we will resend your booking.
Is it possible to change or cancel the reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation by calling us at 388 6430620 or by writing to: info@orio20.it indicating your reservation number. For reservations already paid for, a voucher will be issued that can be used later. The cancellation notice must be made at least 24 hours before the time indicated as entry to the car park.
What are the parking opening hours?
The car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can I park and keep the keys?
Our "uncovered" parking always and only includes the "keep your keys" service with which you take the keys with you, so you will have the certainty that your car will not be moved to other depots, eliminating the risk of damage, violation of your personal items or fines. You will always have the guarantee that your privacy and hygiene safety are respected.
Do you have a shuttle service?
Yes, it is already included in the rate. We have a free shuttle service to and from Orio al Serio airport, active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which will take you inside the airport to the P1 EST car park.
What should I do when I return?
Upon your return, after collecting your luggage, simply call Orio.20 Parking at 388 6430620 and in a few minutes a shuttle will come and pick you up inside the airport, at the P1 EST car park where we accompanied you on the way out.
Is it possible to stipulate a company agreement for discounted rates?
Of course, for information write to info@orio20.it indicating the name of the Company or Association, we will be happy to propose our best agreements for "business" customers.
How far in advance do you recommend I be at the parking lot?
The shuttles run continuously 24 hours a day, the journey to the airport takes 5 minutes but we still recommend being in the car park at least 2 hours before the flight's departure.
